AGIGUI LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates TalkWithAGI (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App, including how your data is shared with third-party AI services that are essential to the App's functionality.
Information We Collect
Account and Identifiers
When you create an account, we collect your email address and assign an internal user identifier to manage authentication and account access.
User Content
The App processes user-generated content, including:
- Audio data from your microphone during voice calls
- Video data during video calls (if enabled)
- Text messages sent via in-call chat
- Transcribed and translated text generated from your speech in real time
This content is processed solely to provide communication, transcription, and translation features. Audio and video data are processed in real time and are not stored by us after the call ends.
Usage and Interaction Data
We collect limited usage data, such as app launches, feature interactions, and session activity, to improve app performance and reliability.
Diagnostics
We may collect crash reports and performance data to identify errors and improve stability.
Location Information
We may infer coarse location information (such as country or region) based on IP address for service routing, language defaults, and security purposes. We do not collect precise GPS location.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and operate the App
- Enable real-time voice, video, transcription, and translation features
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Power AI assistant conversations when you add an AI participant to a call
- Improve performance, reliability, and user experience

Third-Party AI Services
TalkWithAGI relies on third-party AI services to provide its core features. We share specific user data with these services as described below. Before using the App, you will be asked to review and consent to this data sharing.
OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.)
We use OpenAI's APIs to power the following features:
- Real-time speech transcription: Your voice audio is streamed to OpenAI's Realtime API for automatic speech recognition. This occurs whenever you are in an active call with your microphone enabled. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored by us after the call ends.
- Text translation: Text messages and speech transcripts may be sent to OpenAI's Chat API for translation between languages when participants in a call have different language preferences.
- AI assistant conversations: When you choose to add an AI assistant to a call, your voice audio and text messages are sent to OpenAI's Realtime API to generate conversational responses.
OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their API data usage policy. When using the API, OpenAI does not use your data to train their models. No personal account information (such as your email address or user ID) is sent to OpenAI.
Other Third-Party Services
We use additional trusted third-party services for authentication and infrastructure. These services process data only on our behalf and in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Data Security
All communications are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols. Data transmitted to third-party AI services is encrypted in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the App or by contacting us. You may withdraw your consent to AI data processing, but please note that this will prevent you from using the App's core features as they require AI processing to function.
Children's Privacy
TalkWithAGI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If we make material changes to how we share your data with third-party AI services, we will ask for your consent again.
